Privacy Policy
Our apps collect no data. Nothing you do in an Alacrity app is sent to us or anyone else.
This policy covers every iPhone app published by Alacrity Ventures, LLC ("Alacrity", "we"), and this website.
Our apps
- We don't collect, store or share any personal information.
- There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party software development kits.
- The apps do all of their work on your device. That includes any photos you choose to give an app, which are processed on your iPhone and never uploaded by the app.
- The apps don't connect to our servers. We don't have any.
- Where state law requires it, an app may ask Apple for your age range, such as "18 or over." The answer stays on your device. The app doesn't keep it, send it anywhere or change anything because of it. It remembers only the date it asked, so it asks no more than once a year.
That's why our App Store privacy labels say Data Not Collected.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple's privacy policy. We don't receive your name, email address or payment details.
If you email us
If you write to support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply, never share it, and will delete it if you ask.
This website
This site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Our web host processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, only to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Children
Because our apps collect no data from anyone, they collect none from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
